3. Submitting the Notification

4. Counter-Notification

If a user believes that their content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may send a written counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent following the same legal procedure. The counter-notice must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the good faith belief of mistake, and the user's contact information.

5. Disclaimer and Action

WebUtilsFree acts strictly as a provider of web-based utilities. Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notification, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to any infringing material. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
